Acts of violence, corruption, hate crimes, and property crimes continue to grow in our communities. WSEC specializes in high risk armed private security protecting life and/or property. Our mission here at WSEC is to protect our clients, their loved ones, and/or their properties from any and all unlawful violence and disruption as a community based professionally licensed and insured Private Security Firm.
Required Qualifications:
- Willing and able to operate in high risk operations
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Madison, WI for work
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Be a U.S Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
- Pass FBI / Local Police criminal background check
- Pass Drug test
- Pass Physical/Edurance test compromised of 50 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 8 pull-ups, and a 400M distance run time of under 65 seconds
- Pass phone, video, and in person interview
- Pass Firearms training
- Willing to never stop growing and learning
- Willing and able to operate in Madison, WI
- High attention to detail in reports, excellent english typing/writing and customer service skills
- Exhibit high level of communication, professionalism, ethics, respect, and honesty
- Ability to wear/carry between 30-55 lbs of tactical gear for long periods of time (8 hrs+)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in high risk armed Private security, Law enforcement, Criminal law, and/or Military service
- 5+ years in experience with proper safety, handling, and use of firearms
- Excellent in report writing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Pay:
- One strictly on-call Armed Security guard: $31.00/per hour
